Fill out forms, sign, highlight or black out content — text, checkmarks, boxes, freehand drawings and images are placed on the PDF pages right in your browser and burned in when you save.
How to
- 1
Upload PDF
Drop the file into the dropzone — pages are rendered in your browser, nothing is uploaded.
- 2
Place elements
Pick a tool from the bar: click to insert text and start typing, click to place checkmarks/crosses, drag to draw boxes/highlights/redactions, draw a signature freehand or insert it as an image (PNG/JPG).
- 3
Adjust
Use the select tool to move, resize or delete elements. Double-click text to edit it again. Undo/redo via the toolbar or Ctrl/Cmd+Z.
- 4
Save
“Save as PDF” burns all elements into the pages and downloads the result. The original file stays untouched.
Tips
- Signature: either draw it directly with the pen tool (use your finger on a phone) or insert a photo of your signature as a PNG with transparent background.
- To edit the existing text of a PDF: use “PDF to Word”, edit in Word, then convert back with “Office to PDF”.
Privacy and limits
Local processing in your browser — no file leaves your device. Existing text cannot be changed directly (PDF is a layout format); new elements are layered on top.
