- 2
Move pages
The ◀ and ▶ buttons under each preview move a page one position earlier or later; on a desktop you can also drag with the mouse. Numbers above show the new order.
- 3
Save
"Save" produces the PDF in the new order.
Tips
- The arrow buttons work on every device and from the keyboard — there is deliberately no touch drag.
- If you haven't changed anything, the "Save" button is disabled — no action needed.
Privacy and limits

Frequently asked about this tool
Can I move multiple pages at once?▾
Not currently — one page per move. For many changes, "Split" + "Merge" is often faster.
Will I lose the original?▾
No, your original is untouched. You download a new file with the desired order.
